How Can I Help?

I'll help you be confident in your exercise technique and ensure you're set up for success while starting your fitness journey.

I've worked with hundreds if not thousands of everyday working adults for the past 16 years to learn proper movement patterns to avoid obvious risks while exercising.

Aside from the basic knowledge gained from anatomy, physics, and biomechanics classes earning my kinesiology degree..

There are nuances you can only gain through personal experience and training clients.

If safety is as important as results for you, I can help you from my successes and lessons.


Beginners working on the 'Basic 15' exercises below, from my Free Beginner's Guide, will benefit most from this breakdown.

  • Squat, Hip hinge, Single leg
  • Upper body Push (forward, upward, downward)
  • Upper body Pull (backward, downward, upward)
  • Core (Torso raise, leg raise, back, side, rotation)
  • Cardio

I've helped clients working mainly with free weights or bands/cables. Though exercise technique easily translates to machines as well.
